Terms & Conditions Specific to Readings

Helena Paris and her team work as Psychic Clairvoyant Mediums, Clairaudients, Clairsentients and remote viewing.

You must read the following and only proceed with an order for a reading if you agree to the terms and conditions of a psychic and spiritual reading with Helena Paris or one of her team.

1. You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with Helena Paris or one of her readers
2. If you under any Medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading, Helena Paris or one of her readers will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue.
3. Helena Paris or one of her readers reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if:
   • They feel a connection with a client has not been achieved.
   • They feel that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to client.
   • If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
4. All information given by Helena Paris or one of her readers is given on the understanding that nothing is 100%, especially the subtle vibrations of psychic and spiritual connections where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.
5. The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual communication.
6. All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.

Payment

Helena's payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by PayPal. Clients may choose to pay by credit/debit card or an existing PayPal account.

If you miss your allocated time slot, Helena reserves the right to refuse a refund.

If Helena cancels a reading due to illness or unforseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the reading or a full refund.

How to Book a Reading

Booking a phone reading, is easy. (Note: UK phone numbers only - if you live outside of the UK, please contact Helena for pricing details). You must first register as a user on the site and click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.

Here are the steps you need to follow to book a reading:

1. Log into the website using the Login link on the top menu.
   
2. From the Client Menu, choose to book a phone reading.
3. Complete all the required fields on the booking form and choose your preferred date and time slot.
4. Click the Buy Now button toward the bottom of the page.
5. At the PayPal screen, choose whether to pay by credit/debit card or sign into a PayPal account to use PayPal funds.
6. At the end of the PayPal payment process, choose the 'Return to Merchant' option.
7. You will receive email confirmation once Shelly has reviewed and accepted the booked date / time.
8. You may check the status of all your bookings at any time from the My Bookings link in the Client Menu.

Telephone Readings

Live readings are for entertainment purposes only and cost £1.50 per minute, minimum 20 minutes. You must be over 18 years of age.
